February 8 - 13, 2027
Caya Shobo: Authentic Shipibo Ayahuasca Healing Retreat (5-Day)
Welcome to your intimate traditional Shipibo healing retreat (maximum 12 guests), with Peru’s most knowledgeable and dedicated master Shipibo shamans, at the safe and beautiful Caya Shobo healing center in the heart of the Amazon rainforest.
Located near Iquitos, Peru, Caya Shobo is a beautiful healing sanctuary of flowering gardens and medicinal plants. It is one of the few Western-run retreat centers officially endorsed by the Coshikox (Shipibo Conibo Xetebo Tribal Council) for the outstanding quality of our medicine, our adherence to traditional Shipibo healing practices, and advanced master healers.
Considering a Retreat with Us?
Choosing the right plant medicine path is a deeply personal step. If you have questions about the process, safety, or suitability for your healing, we invite you to book a private consultation call with a Caya Shobo facilitator before applying.
What to Expect
In a 5-day retreat, you will enter a focused process of cleansing, self-reflection, and restoration guided by authentic, high-level Shipibo Onánya (master shaman healers) and caring Western facilitators.
- Up to 4 Ayahuasca Ceremonies: Intimate night ceremonies tailored to your unique physical, mental, and spiritual needs.
- Master Healers: Ceremonies are led by experienced Shipibo maestros and maestras (Arturo, Walter, Lucinda, and/or Dominga)[1], each holding a minimum of 25 years of healing experience.
- Multilingual Facilitation: Our experienced facilitation team provides multi-language support (English, Spanish, and often Russian or German), offering daily guidance and integration support.
An Intimate, Focused Journey
To ensure every participant receives dedicated care, we restrict group sizes to a maximum of 12 participants.
Small groups allow our maestros and facilitators to give individual focus to every guest’s process without the distractions of a large crowd.
Note: Staffing is scaled to group size. Retreats with 7 or more guests are attended by at least 2 master healers and 2 lead facilitators.
